US senate votes to open debate on Obamacare repeal.

In the morning of Wednesday July 26, 2017 the debate on a new health insurance bill to remove Obamacare will continue on the Senate floor.

The first order of business Wednesday afternoon: senators will consider as an amendment an Obamacare repeal bill without an immediate replacement that Congress passed in 2015 .

In July 25, 2017, about US Senate voted in favor of the Republican proposal to abolish and replace Obamacare, Senator John McCain (Arizona) returned to the Senate promptly, casting a 50th vote. Senators Susan Collins (Main) and Lisa Murkowski (Alaska) voted against Vice President Mike Pence. His vote. All 48 Democratic senators voted against.

The Republican senator that afternoon, with a narrow 51-50 vote, voted in favor of abolishing Obamacare. The amendment is not expected to pass on Wednesday, and its failure will once again help crystalize the new reality for Republicans.

The goal for Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell at the moment is to find a way to get 50 Republicans to back a final bill. If McConnell can get 50 votes, he can bring the repeal/replace bill to conference with the House.

That is the appropriate answer for this moment for the question "What's next?" after  the Senate passed a decision to continue the process of debate (motion to PROCEED) to bill health insurance in order to repeal and replace Obamacare.

According to politicians around the world, US Senate health debate rolls on after first option fails.

Though, President Donald Trump said excitedly that "I am very, very happy with the Senate vote to continue the bill" and Sen. John McCain admonished the leaders of his party for their managing of the health care bill and called instead for "regular order", but the neutral Republicans opposed the abolition of Obamacare without an alternative program, and conservatives did not like the idea of replacing it significantly.
