Hot news - Kentucky faces veteran opponent Sunday that is used to winning

Trae Bell-Haynes, Anthony Lamb, Ernie Duncan and Payton Henson are the names that contribute to what Vermont calls the "Core Four" in the 2017 NCAA Tournament.

Trae Bell-Haynes was born on September 5, 1995. He is a Canadian college basketball player for the Vermont Catamounts of the America East Conference. Anthony Lamb with current Team: Vermont. He was born in Rochester, New York . And, Payton Henson with current NBA Status, Draft Eligible in 2018, and Pre-Draft Team: Vermont (Sr).

Why so? It's probably because the four guys are quite good, and can play in most places. So we can totally agree with the coach John Becker that his team will not be overwhelmed by the idea of playing in Kentucky on Sunday.

Most notably is Anthony Lamb whom Becker described as an undersized power forward (6-6, 227), scored 20 points and grabbed nine rebounds against Purdue.

John Becker was very successful when he led Vermont to a record 29-6. The Vermont Catamounts Basketball team is the basketball team that represents the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont.

The school's team currently competes in the America East Conference and plays its home games at Patrick Gym. The team has reached the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament six times, in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2010, 2012, and 2017. UVM famously upset Syracuse University in the first round of the 2005 tournament. The Catamounts are coached by John Becker.
We believe that Vermont will go up when they have an experienced team that has won. Experience is always a treasure to promote the future.

More infor about Trae Bell-Haynes:
Bell-Haynes was a two-star recruit in 2014's composite player rankings, having played at Bill Crothers Secondary School in Unionville, Ontario. Bell-Haynes was only recruited by Vermont, and signed with the school on a scholarship on March 17, 2014.

Bell-Haynes' junior season, the 2016-17 season, saw Bell-Haynes and the Catamounts reach the NCAA Tournament for the first time in his career and only the sixth time in school history.
Bell-Haynes led the Catamounts to 29-5, which included the perfect 16-0 win in the Eastern United States and 21 consecutive wins to finish the regular season and the America East Tournament, which the Catamounts took won.

Bell-Haynes's efforts earned him the America's Player of the Year and All-Conference First Team Honors when he won 11.1 points per game in 27.4 minutes per game. After the annual and season tournaments, the Catamounts are the No. 13 seed in the Midwest region of the NCAA tournament frame. Catamounts played the fourth seed of Purdue and lost 70-80.
