Tennis star Serena Williams has given birth to a baby girl at St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach in Florida. This news was confirmed by Venus Williams sister.

She won the Australian Open title this January when newly pregnant.

It is known that in April Serena revealed that she was pregnant, posting a snapshot of herself on the Snapchat and she confirming that she and fiancé Alexis Ohanian were expecting their first child.
Singer Beyonce posted a portrait of a pregnant Williams on Instagram, with the message that 'Congratulations Serena!'.

Congratulations have been pouring in from sports stars and celebrities.The news has delighted the tennis world, with Rafa Nadal among the first to tweet his congratulations.
May be this is a love she have never felt before, and everybody know she's probably experiencing that right now.

Serena Jameka Williams was born on September 26, 1981. She is an American professional tennis player. The Women's Tennis Association (WTA) has ranked her world No. 1 in singles on eight occasions, from 2002 to 2017.

She became the world No. 1 for the first time on July 8, 2002. On the sixth occasion, she held the ranking for 186 consecutive weeks, tying the record set by Steffi Graf for the most consecutive weeks as world No. 1 by a female tennis player.

In total, she has been world No. 1 for 319 weeks, which ranks her third in the Open Era among female tennis players. Some commentators, players and sports writers regard her as the greatest female tennis player of all time. On 19 April 2017, she announced a hiatus from tennis until 2018 because of her pregnancy.
