Pixel 2 really is the mythic Google Phone.

After much speculation, Google has officially introduced the new smartphone pair is Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. The standard model has a 5-inch screen, while the other uses a 6-inch screen.

It is said that it was designed to make something even Apple and its Jesus phone impossible: to exploit everything Google does well.

With the Google Pixel 2 XL we see it resembles the LG V30, Google Pixel 2 uses a 18: 9 P-OLED display. The screen is slightly thicker than the LG model due to the space needed to put the speakerphone.

It's 6 inches taller, but not as large as the XL last year. Screen resolution is 1,440 x 2,880 pixels (538 ppi). Especially it supports the Always On screen.

Wednesday's presentation also saw the introduction of several other devices, including a $250 standalone camera called the Google Clips and a $400 premium version of its smart speaker, called the Google Home Max.

The new Pixel phones - the Pixel 2, priced starting at $650, and the Pixel 2 XL, starting at $850.

Pixel 2 XL uses a glass cover, the rest is aluminum with IP67 water resistance. The main camera of Pixel 2 XL uses a 12 megapixel sensor, which supports optical image stabilization with the new image processor. It can also create depth effects when shooting portraits, like many high-end mobile phones today, even using only one camera.

The presentation on Wednesday also revealed the launch of several other devices, including a $ 250 standalone camera called the Google Clips and its $ 400 smartphone version, called Google Home Max.

The more interesting thing is that when shooting video, it uses both optical and digital anti-vibration system to ensure the best results. The secondary camera still has 8 megapixel resolution, f / 2.4 aperture.

As soon as the product launches, DxOMark has published the results of the camera test of the duo and scored 98, outperforming rivals like the iPhone 8 Plus or Galaxy Note 8 (94 points). What about Pixel 2?

Pixel 2 retains the old border. Therefore, despite the 5 inch screen, it is not much smaller than the XL. The screen size is 5 inches, AMOLED 1.080p. Configuration of the machine is similar to Pixel 2 XL. Both can perform the task of HTC U11, such as opening Google Assistant.

In general, DxOMark scored 98 points for the Pixel, much higher than the 94 points for the iPhone 8 Plus or Galaxy Note 8.

Toronto beat Winnipeg Jets 7-2 on Wednesday night. This is the opening match between the two strong teams.

Patrick Marleau scored twice in his Maple Leafs debut. Patrick Denis Marleau was born on September 15, 1979. He is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward for the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League (NHL) on July 2. He previously played for the San Jose Sharks from 1997 to 2017, and served as captain from 2004 to 2009. He spent the first 19 seasons of his career with the San Jose Sharks.

In a three-minute span in the first period, Nazem Kadri, James van Riemsdyk and William Nylander scored for the Leafs (1-0-0). While Frederik Andersen made 35 saves in net for Toronto.

It has been noted that Tyler Bozak, Matthews and Van Riemsdyk had a pair of supporters and Marleau, Marner and Kadri all contributed. Marner took advantage of his team's fourth power play to stretch the lead 6-0 at 8:07.

Mark Scheifele ended Andersen's shutout bid midway through the third period to make it 6-1, and Mathieu Perreault also scored for Winnipeg (0-1-0). 

New Jets veteran goalie Steve Mason was pulled after Marleau’s second goal 36 seconds into the third period, having allowed five goals on 20 shots.

Winnipeg was dominating the opening period, , but it was Toronto’s only power play of the period that paid off. Nylander used Toronto’s 10th shot of the game to make it 3-0 at 18:23. Matthews had two assists for a three-point game.A Matthews goal 26 seconds later and Perreault’s at 12:57 rounded out the rout.

Winnipeg heads out for a three-game road trip starting in Calgary Saturday. Toronto begins a three-game homestand Saturday against the New York Rangers.

Sam Smith and Brando Flynn were found eating lunch in the Western Village and were photographed sharing a kiss.

The pair's outing comes just weeks after Brandon came out and revealed he identifies as a part of the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) community.

Orenthal James "O. J." Simpson was born on July 9, 1947. He is a former National Football League (NFL) running back, broadcaster, actor, advertising spokesman, and convicted armed robber and kidnapper.

Once a popular figure with the U.S. public, he is most well known today for his trial and acquittal for the murders of his former wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman.

Simpson attended the University of Southern California (USC), where he played football for the USC Trojans and won the Heisman Trophy in 1968.

As a senior in 1968, Simpson rushed for 1,709 yards and 22 touchdowns in the regular season, earning the Heisman Trophy, the Maxwell Award, and Walter Camp Award. He still holds the record for the Heisman's largest margin of victory, defeating runner-up Leroy Keyes by 1,750 points.

He served his sentence at the Lovelock Correctional Center in Lovelock, Nevada.
On July 20, 2017, Simpson was granted parole. He was eligible for release from prison on October 1, 2017, and was released shortly after midnight on that date.
